Easter message from the general overseer, A Touch From Heaven Ministries, Bishop Joseph Ighalo Edoro, speaks on how important Easter is in the lifes of a believer’s, the death and resurrection of our lord Jesus christ is not taken for granted, he has come to this earth to usher us into an unspeakable glory, adopting us into his marvellous lights, this celebrations should be used to share love and peace home and abroad amongst all for a better understanding, accommodating and mutual co-existing between us.

The first part of his assignment was fulfilled while he was on earth, the rest, as prophesied by prophet Isaiah, the rest is to be fulfilled through us his children after we have received the holy ghost.

It is a time that we his children have to reflects on his crucifixion and resurrection, check your own personal lives, ask yourself a true question if you are living a worthy emulating life? Jesus christ went through a lots just for loving you and I, he went through the highest level of physical and emotional pain to save our soul by giving us so much love that no one i mean no one can give to you, he gave his life for you.
He is not there anymore, for he is risen , triumphantly lets the whole earth rejoice he is a live and forevermore.
Jesus christ Resurrection means good news to his friends. Let’s always reflect on the sacrifice of Jesus christ on the cross for you and the entire world.

“My message to Nigerian Christians as they celebrate Easter is that since Jesus Christ is no longer in the grave, so also the adverse situation we have found ourselves in has changed position.

Very soon, we will begin to see a Nigeria that we have moved positively. We are no longer where we were. Because Jesus has arisen, every area of the economy will pick up again.

This Easter is one of God’s assurances to His people that everything in the coming days will be fine and better. This Easter, the message is, ‘Let Love Reign, Let Peace Reign’.

This Easter, in the spirit of love and peace, religious tolerance should be key. People must know that we are all human, created by God.

My message to the government is to remember constantly that God put them there, trusting them to lead the people rightly.

The government should introduce policies that will recognise the difficulties Nigerians are passing through and bring change.

The government should remember that the welfare of the people should be their primary concern. When the people suffer, they cry out that the government should listen.

My message to Nigerians is to constantly wish Nigeria well. There is so much anger in the land, hardship and this is affecting development.

Also, leaders must not suppress criticisms. Opposition is the watchdog of leaders. Opposition energises the leaders to do right. Suppression should be out of it. More criticisms will come. They should learn to support it.

Lastly, my message to the government is to realise that the bulk of the population are the youths. The moment the government creates programmes for the youths, the better for the country. If the government fails to take care of the youths, it is like sitting on a keg of gunpowder.

To our Muslim brothers and sisters, I wish them a successful fasting period. It is significant that their fasting coincides with Lent and Easter, which the Christians celebrate, showing that we are all one before the Lord.
