Nollywood actress Ini Edo has deleted a birthday message penned down in celebration of colleague IK Ogbonna following a rumor about their romantic relationship.
Recall, the actress sparked reactions on Thursday after she showered IK Ogbona with sweet words on his birthday.
The Shanty Town star described IK as sweet, loving and kind.
She wrote,
“It’s world Okeosisi day. Happy birthday, king! You are amazing, kind, sweet, brave, loving, smart, to me, an Old wise man and above all … you have the purest of heart. May the universe align with your every dream and may the goodness of your heart attract only and all the goodness of this world, and may Your days be filled with peace, Joy and laughter… Happy birthday My love.”
Reacting in the comment section of the post, Ik wrote: “Thanks. Love you always.”
The actor’s response further fueled rumours about their relationship as fans of the duo stormed the comment section of the post to congratulate the alleged couple.
This comes months after reports made rounds online that Ini and IK are in a serious relationship, which was not a secret to some close friends and family.
However, the duo have remained silent on the rumour as they neither confirm nor deny it.
Top Society’s search her Instagram account on Friday, it revealed that the birthday message and the photos she posted are no longer visible to the public.
They both served as judges De9jaSpirit Talent Hunt show.
Ini Edo married a US-based businessman named Philip Ehiagwina in 2008 but the marriage ended in 2014.
IK and Sonia Morales got married in 2015 at a courthouse in Zagreb, Croatia. They have one son together named Ace. Rumour of crack in their marriage began circulating in 2018. By August 2019, Sonia confirmed the union was over.
