Call Your Officers To Order – Satguru Maharaj Ji Tells Oyo CP
The founder of One Love Family, Satguru Maharaji ji has called on the Commissioner of Police of Oyo State, CP Adebola Hamzat to call his officers to order as some landgrabbers by the name I.A Com Nigeria Limitrd are using them for nefarious activities on my land located along Ibadan/Lagos Expressway.
Maharaj Ji said “We want to place it on record that the disputed land issue is still in Oyo State High Court 10, sitting in Ibadan, in the suit with number: I/786/2022, which judgement was supposed to be delivered on Thursday 7th day of December 2023 by Justice Fadeyi but the jugdement could not hold and was later adjourned to January 31st, 2024.
Maharaj Ji, while briefing journalists about the incident in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital explained that the land in question is still in court.
He posited: “Justice Fadeyi advised the two parties not to go to the land to do anything whatsoever till judgement is given but it was, however, surprising last week, that some men from the other party invaded the land with a bulldozer under the protection of some heavily armed police officers working on the land.
“I see the invasion of the land as an invitation to anarchy and especially when the matter is already before High Court.
“While I would not want to resort to causing breach of public peace, am calling on Governor Seyi Makinde and CP Adebola Hamzat who are saddled with the responsibility of maintaining peace and order in the society to urgently do something about it.
