Sanwo-Olu unveils modern workspace in Ikoyi

The Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Wednesday, unveiled Centre Point, a Dayspring Property Development Company Limited-owned modern workspace, in the Ikoyi area of the state.

Referred to as “Africa’s premier workspace”, Centre Point is a 103-metre high-rise edifice offering a blend of leasable office spaces, owner-occupied offices, and a versatile multipurpose hall.

According to a statement obtained on Thursday, the workspace is reserved for tenants as well as open to the public.

The statement noted that, in addition to the multipurpose hall situated on the 8th floor, the building has an array of additional amenities, “including a state-of-the-art gymnasium and a restaurant on the 9th mezzanine floor, a helipad completed with a dedicated waiting lounge at the tower’s pinnacle, and a generous 266-car parking facility for the convenience of all occupants.”https://live.primis-amp.tech/content/video/amp/videoIframe.php?s=113240#amp=1

Speaking at the unveiling, Sanwo-Olu was quoted as saying, “This indeed is a magnificent edifice, a place of elegance, beauty and class. Centre Point represents a new era for Lagos and Nigeria, symbolising our unwavering commitment to sustainable growth.Related News

“This remarkable edifice is a place where beauty and tourism have come together. This is truly what Lagos is all about. You have indeed raised the bar and added a big flavour to Lagos. This is a beauty of what our Lagos can become.”

Also speaking, an Executive Director at Famfa Oil, a sister company to DSPD, Mr Dele Alakija, said, “This magnificent structure is the embodiment of international collaboration, transcending borders, and cultures to create a centre of excellence unparalleled not only in Nigeria but across the entire African continent.
