All officers and men of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps ( NSCDC ), Lagos State Command, are hereby primed, by the State Commandant, Commandant of Corps Usman Ishaq Alfadarai, MFR, fdc, mnim, mpa, fisn, fcss, to with immediate effect disregard, the recent post making the rounds on social media recently, through the purveyors of misinformation and disinformation against the Corps.
This highly, unprofessional post is believed, by all standard, to be the handiwork of shenanigans, mischievous and unscrupulous elements ravaging the social media space to deceive, delude and manipulate the minds of innocent Nigerians against our lofty organization under the able leadership of Dr Ahmed Abubakar Audi, PhD., mni, OFR.
Kindly, be warned that the inability, to discipline one’s fingers against such irresponsibly disgusting and unprofessional post may make such persons to face the wrath of the law, as any attempts to delude the minds of innocent Nigerians against the Corps and misinform the general public, through the wrong use of social media attract heavy consequences as stated in our SOPs, Code of Conduct, Social Media Policy, Rules and Regulations and other extant laws.
However, the Corps under the able watch of our amiable Commandant General, aforementioned, above has taken a new shape in the area of training and retraining, infrastructural and structural lifts, with the commissioning, of many commands and formations, safe school programs and initiatives, arrest of oil vandals in large number, strong protection of out critical national assets and infrastructure, disaster and crisis management, protection of agro – allied investments, through the massive deployment of agro – rangers and many others just to mention a few.
“To this end, the policies of government on the welfare package of personnel are also being speedily, looked, into with keen interest, by the current leadership of the and Corps and we expect the best from them as always, while I implore all my staff to focus their efforts on effective and efficient service delivery, in order for us to fulfill our mandates in Lagos State,” Alfadarai said .
