The Court of Appeal has issued directives on how to be part of interested persons to be allowed to witness the judgement of the 2023 presidential election holding on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.
In a statement issued today and signed by Umar M. Bangari Esq, Chief Registrar, Court of Appeal, the judgment will be made transparent while only accredited persons will be allowed entry into the courtroom.
According to the statement made available to The Frontier, members of the public are advised to watch the proceedings from their television sets.
