With her position as number one woman in Ogun State, one would have thought that she will celebrate another year on earth with funfair, but Mrs Bamidele Abiodun choose to mark the day in the presence of the Lord and her husband prince Dapo Abiodun the Ogun State Governor beside her.
Despite the simplicity of the occasion, family members, friends, political appointee, civil servants former state functionaries as well as captains of industries from all works of life, all came to celebrate with her.
In a message titled unquantifiable thanks giving, Elder Apostle Jacob Adeaga who took his text from the book of Isaiah chapter 40 verse 5, said the day was another time for Mrs Abiodun to reflex on how gracious, God has been to her, her family and Ogun State at large
Extolling the qualities of his wife, Governor Dapo Abiodun said, birthday are worthy of celebration as they are a reminder of how faithful God has been.
In her remarks, Mrs Bamidele Abiodun first express gratitude to God and to her husband, Prince Dapo Abiodun whom she described as the special gift God gave to her.
To the admiration of all present , Mrs Abiodun went on her knells while showing her gratitude.
There was the presentation of gift to the celebrant during the service.
Mrs Bamidele Abiodun was born on 16 July 1966 to the family of professor Oladipo Oduye a former deputy vice chancellor at the University of Ibadan, and late Mrs Abimbola Wosilat Oduye both from Ilishan Remo,Ogun State
