the matter came up for hearing and was adjourned till 11th May, 2023. In todays Supreme Court proceedings been 27th April 2023, the Supreme Court of Nigeria gave Nigeria government maximum of two weeks to file any count appeal against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu or they forget about the case .
After over 180 days, The Nigeria govt failed to file any appeal against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in their own supreme court. Today the supreme court ruled that Nigeria govt have maximum of 2 weeks to file appeal in their supreme court or forget the case. Case adjourned till 11th May, 2023 for final hearing.
