Lagos Politics: Mandate Movement Lauds Tinubu On Economic Growth, Security

A political group in the All Progressives Congress(APC) , The Mandate Movement (TMM), has lauded President Bola Tinubu for taking bold steps to revamp the economy and ensure the security of live and properties of the people.

The group gave the applaud at the strategic meeting of its Appex leadership held in Lagos.

Some of the leaders of the group in attendance were, Lagos Assembly Speaker,  Rt (Hon) Mudashiru Obasa, Chief of Staff to Lagos Governor, Mr Tayo Ayinde, Governor’s Advisory Council members, Cardinal James Odunbaku, Chief Anthony Afuye, Sen. Ganiyu Solomon, Dr. Finnih, amongst others.

The group deliberated on crucial matters of nation building and proffered lasting practical solutions to challenges confronting Nigeria, as a think-tank body.

At the conclusion of the meeting,the group commended the leadership of Tinubu for taking bold decisions that would take the country out of the doldrums and secure a prosperous future for her citizens.

While acknowledging the socio-economic realities Nigerians are facing, TMM pleaded for patience, prayers and support of all as the revamping of the economy was ongoing.

The group encouraged Nigerians to have faith in the spirited efforts and visionary strides of Tinubu to correct the many wrongs of the past.

“The recent diplomatic shuttles to Guinea Bissau, UAE, China and United Kingdom are signals to the beneficial bilateral relationships while the recent consistent decline in the inflationary trends pointed to gradual economic recovery that will lead to buoyancy, very soon.

“The functionality and commencement of the commercial lifting of petroleum products from the Dangote Refinery and other local refineries is the right steps towards assuring energy sufficiency for the country”, said TMM
